Vocal toning is a gentle and playful way to reconnect with yourself through simple sound. It’s not about singing performance. It’s about using your voice to create ease, soften tension, and let things move—and lighten up—including the emotional “stuff” that tends to get stuck in the body, like old grief.

In my sessions, we explore:

  • Easy vowel and consonant sounds

  • Call-and-response vocal play

  • Small improvised sound phrases

  • Breath and body awareness

  • Space for whatever needs to shift

People come for all kinds of reasons: stress, emotional heaviness, creative blocks, burnout, or simply feeling disconnected from themselves. You don’t need any experience—just a willingness to show up as you are.

I bring decades of work as a music therapist and singer-songwriter, but more importantly, I bring a steady, grounded presence. Sessions are warm, unhurried, and shaped around your pace.

If you’re curious about how sound might help things move—whether that’s tension, blocked emotion, or just the noise of everyday life—you’re welcome to explore it with me. There’s no pressure, no “fixing,” just a space to reconnect with your own voice.
